How Teams are Making The Mobile Tech Distraction Work to Their Advantage

No matter what you're selling, tech is playing a greater role in attracting and keeping customers. Whether its engaging fans, or drawing actionable insights from data, the themes are consistent across the board.

 

In September 2017, the Cleveland Indians, Cavaliers and Browns met with Ohio's leading tech companies to share strategies on how they drive fans and build their brands through technology.  

"Individualization and personalization is really a hard thing to do," said Mike Conley of the Cavaliers. "You're always thinking, how do I set myself up to create the best fan experience."  The Cleveland Indians are no different and are "always trying to find ways to use technology to engage families," said Neil Weiss - CIO of the Indians.
